Welfin warns Ikalgo of the excruciating pain but Ikalgo dismisses it, attacking Welfin once more with his rifle.Īfter being attacked three times, Welfin pretends to faint unsuccessfully, and Ikalgo is ready to kill him. Welfin admits that there is no way to remove those centipedes, as he has never thought about it. At the same time, Ikalgo realizes that the centipedes in his head start to fade when Welfin suffers and begs for mercy. The centipedes are made from Nen and will continue to grow if the host is resistant to Welfin's terms. Soon afterwards, it is revealed the attack made black centipedes grow inside Ikalgo's head.
